This isn't theory.
The Research
Dr. James Oldroyd of MIT's Sloan School of Management studied 15,000 leads and over 100,000 call attempts. He found that calling a lead within 5 minutes instead of 30 makes you 100 times more likely to reach them. Five minutes. That's the whole difference.
James MacDonald
Twenty years teaching one skill and nothing else.
Then the program declared the phone was dead and bet everything on video and AI. He went looking for one successful team that wasn't booking appointments by phone. He couldn't find a single one. So he left.
Sasha Miletic
Forty years in real estate. Still selling.
The market changed twice. The skill didn't.
What's the catch?
There isn't one.
Free for now. The class is in beta. There will be a price on it later.
So why give it away?
Coaches charge $20,000 a year and teach you everything except this.
Not because it doesn't work. Because they can't do it themselves.
I spent two years door-knocking in the snow and got almost nothing.
Then somebody finally told me what to say. That's what changed it.
Now I get to be the guy who tells somebody else.

Questions people ask before they register.
Straight answers. Nothing dodged.
Do I have to switch brokerages?
No. Agents from every brokerage attend, and nobody will ask you to change. The skill is yours and it works wherever you hang your licence.
Is this a recruiting pitch?
No. Sasha is a broker at eXp and he's not shy about it, but this class is not a recruiting event and nobody will pitch you. If you ever want that conversation you can ask for it. Otherwise it never comes up.
Is it really free?
Yes. Nothing to buy during the class and nothing to buy after it. It's free while the class is in beta. There will be a price on it later.
What do I actually walk away with?
The script. In writing, in the exact words, and it's yours whether you come back or not. Every week is one piece of the call, so the script grows the longer you come. But the first week you show up, you leave with something you can use on your next call.
One appointment a week. What's that actually worth?
One extra appointment a week is 52 a year. About half sign. About half of those close. That's twelve extra sales.
At a $15,000 commission, that's $180,000*.
Your commission and your ratios are your own, so nobody can promise you a result. But that's the math.
I've been doing this 20 years. Is this for beginners?
It's for anyone who wants more appointments. The agents who get the most out of it are usually the experienced ones, because they already have the leads and the conversations. They just haven't been trained on the words.
Do I need to buy leads for this to work?
No. And you probably have more leads than you think.
A lead is anybody who talks to you about real estate. The person who called off your sign. The one at your open house. The guy at the gas station who asked how the market's doing. Your database from three years ago. Anyone who mentions they're thinking about moving.
Most agents call none of them, because they don't know what to say. That's the part we fix.
Do I need a CRM or a dialer or any software?
No. You need a phone. Nothing on the class requires you to buy anything.
Will I get called on or have to roleplay?
No. You can sit with your camera off and never say a word. It runs one hour, noon to 1:00 EST. Sasha stays on after for anyone who wants to ask something, and that part is optional too.
What if I can't make it live?
Come the following week. It runs every Tuesday without exception and you stay invited. There's no replay, and that's on purpose. Live is where you get to ask questions and hear real calls pulled apart.
What happens after I put my number in?
Two messages a week. That's it.
Your Zoom link arrives by email and text within 60 seconds of registering. After that: Monday, that week's topic, so you know what's being taught before you decide to show up. Tuesday morning, one reminder.
